Very friendly and knowledgeable service from Pierre when we purchased a Hercules Octagonal 6'x6' greenhouse. This was superbly installed by Peter, who made what looked a very complicated job look easy. Very satisfied from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend this local company.

We brought a garden studio and can't fault the greenhouse people/Malvern - Pierre was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly, he even found our final garden studio after working hard to make our first choice fit into our garden. The second visit I made to Ferndown was when we knew what sort of summerhouse we were looking for. This was when we met Ursa and she has guided us through the process. She has been fabulous, from the very start she obviously knew the selection of products really well. She was friendly and professional and we were extremely pleased with our choice. Throughout the process both Ursa and James the installer kept us up-to-date with what was happening. Our choice is an ex-display model from the Southampton branch. The British weather hampered progress somewhat but we have been grateful that James came out on a Saturday to fit the summerhouse. We are very pleased with it. The new floor has a split in it which is a shame. James worked hard to get the door to shut and it nearly does, it does lock. Our only gripe is the finish on the roofing felt. In the photo you can see how the log store nails are carefully spaced and the felt cut neatly, but above you can see the difference in the standard of the finish of the summerhouse felt. We are are thankful for the useful advice about the care of the summerhouse wood and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.
