Mike recently installed a new Vaillant boiler.
Titan was outstandingly good from the initial quotation to the perfect installation.
Mike was a model tradesman...professional and friendly at all times. He listened sympathetically to our own personal requirements for a new boiler. He suggested some excellent ideas to lower the boiler position to make access easier. He also repositioned our hot water tank slightly creating more room in the cupboard (and we discovered the house's missing stopcock that we had been unable to find since we moved here 17 years ago!)
He was here for just two days and was not distracted at all from the job in hand. He cleared up at the end of each day and carried out the work sympathetically and kept us up to date throughout the whole process.
He took time to install and explain the new digital thermostat control panel and the online app enabling us to easily operate our new Vaillant boiler.
We have no hesitation in giving Titan Heating the very highest recommendation based on high quality, reliable service and competitive pricing.
