Found Sam through a close family contact, our condensing boiler needed an annual service and the hot water port valve was knackered. We had a problem with our Ideal Logic boiler. Sam attended the next day and after doing some investigations on the boiler, he carefully explained the options. After checking with The Ideal technical team he quickly sourced a part locally that may have been the problem. He could not guarantee this part was the problem but believed it probably would be. He fitted the part 2 days ago and the problem seems to be resolved. I found Sam to be up front about the job, very honest in explaining ' a matter of elimination process. He told me when he was available again if the issue came back. Very pleased with his communication, punctuality and workmanship.
