Ellis and team fixed a number of issues we were having with mould, condensation, ventilation and he insulated/repaired the roof. There was a lot to do! Firstly, I have to say Ellis and team were a pleasure to have around. They worked professionally, very hard and did everything to an extremely high standard; even working in a house full of toddlers stuff! Ellis ran the project smoothly and flexibly. He updated on progress, checked in and explained what they were doing. On top of that, he made recommendations that saved time and money which he didn't need to do. Suffice to say, I will be using him again. He's a good egg and you can't go wrong if you hire him! Olly

Ellis was introduced to me by the letting agents when I became PoA for a relative who lived in a different County to me. Ellis refurbished the whole house, advised where savings could be made and also advised of issue previously unidentified. He is always responsive, positive and listens well. Since completing the major works (4 bed house), I have relied on him to undertake similar work with the smaller rental properties without even visiting the properties before or after - this is huge as I am keen to ensure works are completed as agreed. Needless to say I trust Ellis. On the rare occasion that there has been an issue with works completed he has returned promptly and resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend.

I have used EJM home improvements for a while now and all our tenants and landlords love him. Ellis has a professional attitude and always has a smile on his face, our landlords like him as his works is to a high standard and he does not overcharge for works nor does he quote for things that do not need to be done. He and his team have helped out on a number of occasions with urgent jobs and never complains. Can not recommend any higher.

Ellis is one of the nicest guys to work with for a lot of works. He never says never to a job and always finds ways around difficult situations where other contractors quote a lot higher.
