Great communication was maintained throughout, even down to the time the team would be arriving to attend to the issue. Both guys were very friendly, respectful and professional and got on with the work in hand, discussing the issue with me and the possible cause. I thought the rate quoted was very reasonable and reflective of the quality of the workmanship and overall experience.
