Nice little shop for essentials. Don’t forget to try the pastries and the coffee, DELICIOUS. Staff very friendly and the little post office is very handy daily needs. Love this shop.

Having been to see the gardens at Great Maytham Hall (lovely),which don't provide refreshments, rang first & were told plenty of cake, coffee & tea available plus they did lunches & breakfasts too. Weren't disappointed, able to have the big table inside (it was a hot day), enjoyed delicious tea & cakes, a very welcome break. A pretty well stocked place for a village shop with post office facilities too. Pleasant staff made it well worth the visit. Will def go again.

I have to say I was made to feel very welcome at this cafe today. The Bakewell tart I had there was totally delicious too! Luckily I managed to avoid the grumpy member of staff so many of these reviews talk about, she must have been having the day off 🤣

Found this place a 5 minute drive from the Beneden Hospital, I had a great tasting cappuccino coffee and fabulous slice coffee cake while sitting outside watching the world go by. Staff also very pleasant and welcoming, highly recommend a visit.
