I contacted Mike in the middle of the night for an urgent partial power outage we were experiencing. He got to our place promptly and in the span of only 1 hour he managed to diagnose the issue and resolve it. Through it all he was incredibly professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. Mike answered our call at 8am on a Sunday morning after we had woken up with all the power off. He talked us through what to do and over the phone we were able to isolate the issue to our dishwasher or washing machine appliances allowing us to turn everything else back on.
