Rang Friday evening, came out Saturday morning to replace a switch for my boiler as I was without hot water (on his day off!). Quick, professional and great value for money. Could not recommend more.

I used Joule Electrical to fit a new outside light, additional garage lighting and replace some existing light fitting. Adrian is very meticulous to detail and made sure that I was happy with each part of the work before he completed. He never tried to rush any part of the job and made safe works that others had left, keeping me well informed each time he found an issue. After completing the works he made sure that I was completely happy with each part the installation, talked me through everything that he had done. After completing he made sure the house was left clean and tidy. The finished works were to the highest of quality and the cost more than reasonable for the amount of time spent. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be using his services again.

Adrian came out to us a few hours after I rang, panicking about a light that I'd tried to fit. It was far more complicated than I expected and beyond my capabilities. He fitted the light quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. Reasonably priced as well. Top marks 👌
