Excellent service throughout, from the initial visit to the support provided by the admin staff as well as the installation of our new shower. The plumber was very meticulous and professional in his work, including cleaning up thoroughly when the work was completed. We are highly satisfied and strongly recommend TM West.

I recently used T.M. West for the repair of a leak in an old lead pipe. Great, responsive initial communication and made every effort to accommodate my requested dates. The plumber turned up on the agreed date, a very friendly, knowledgeable guy (Neil if I remember correctly) and completed the repair. Extremely pleased with the service provided and fairly priced too. Would definitely use again/recommend.

Dean came out to do a quote. I was really happy with the service, well presented and was very transparent with the job. Also quickly fixed my radiator that was not turning on just because he was there which was really nice. He also saw some urgent work that needed to get done which he was happy to get someone round the following week to quickly fix. I’m very happy with the service.
