Excellent.
I asked Richard to do a survey of the electrics of my new house. There were various things that needed to be changed to be made safe. He was very professional with his work and dealt with the issues that had arisen thoroughly. As he worked through the house there were a couple of extra things that needed to be done in addition. He told me what he had found and what would be the way to move forward. The work was done soon after I moved in and the place was left tidy and vacuumed afterwards. He was a good recommendation to me and I would recommend him to anyone else.
Rick performed a complete rewiring and smoke alarm installation for our building conversion 5 years ago and has carried out repairs and inspections at both of our properties. He is our first choice for major electrical works.
