Really helpful staff, very knowledgeable and with a great range of stock all reasonably priced. A real asset to Hale village and customer service.

I work in a clinic in Hale Village in a premises shared with other tenants and Costellos had been asked by my landlord to do some rewiring and to change some ceiling lights for the suites and communal areas. The staff were courteous and really quick and when I needed to ask them to do their noisier work at certain times because of having patients in session who needed to relax, they were absolutely great. Thank you so much for going the extra mile, really wish other contractors were as considerate, will definitely be recommending your services to others!

I had bought an electric fan that came with a European plug. I used the wrong adaptor at home (not on purpose!) And obviously the fan stopped working. I took it to Costellos and the lovely gentleman fixed it there and then, providing a new adaptor with the correct fuse and changing the fuse in my existing adaptor. All done within 5 minutes. Brilliant service and excellent value for money. It saved me time, and buying a new adaptor, buying a new fuse, changing the fuse (which looked like dislodging a fossil from a rock). An elderly customer before me had just picked up a lamp and he looked seriously delighted with the rewiring. Brilliant traditional approach to fixing things rather than throwing them away and polluting the environment. The shop also fixes vacuum cleaners and sells electrical goods of various types. Next time something goes wrong, I'll be there like a shot.

Great service, efficient job and very tidy, will definitely use again.
