A big thank you to Majik, Adam and Rob for the beautiful transformation of our back garden. What a fantastic team and work ethic, they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The day the work was to start Storm Franklin arrived, so naturally we expected a phone call or text to say they wouldn't be coming due to high winds and rain, no this wasn't the case instead we received a text to advise that they were running 10 mins late due to traffic problems. Majik arrived on his own with gazebo to protect him from the rain but the wind had other ideas. Majik built the garden room on his own over the next 3 days when storm Glady's hit as well. Between Majik, Adam and Rob they completed the Garden room, decking and boundary walls in 6 days one day over the scheduled number days, which was amazing due to the weather conditions they had to work with. They are coming back in two weeks as we changed the positioning of our small garden shed and decided to extend the decking a bit more. We would highly recommend this company if you would like to have a garden room or decking laid to a very high standard. Honest, hardworking and very reliable.

We used Rob last summer for a very large area of composite decking. Rob is an absolute professional to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and he was really flexible in helping us achieve the right look for our decking. We were so pleased with the job that we have had him back twice since; once for fitted wardrobes and a bespoke built in desk for our son's room, and again for some built in cupboards in the porch. We have recommended him to friends and family who have also used his services and been very happy with the results.

Can not rate Rob highly enough, His work speaks for itself. He has done an amazing job creating us a bespoke summer house and surrounding decking. Kris Builders completed a full refurbishment of our home, including a full rear extension and loft conversion adding two bedrooms and two further bathrooms along with a full re-wire, new heating, windows etc. The level of workmanship is excellent, no task is too difficult for their team. They worked long hours to make sure the job was done in a timely manner, and were super helpful in managing the project throughout with several different trades required due to the scale of the project. We were looking for professionals to convert a large room above the garage into a master bedroom, walk in wardrobe and an ensuite with a shower and a bath. From the moment we met Aidan, we knew that we have approached the right person / group and his insight and ideas were so appropriate to what we had in mind. He directed us to the right places for equipment and on a few occasions, even met us at the showrooms for shopping of tiles / bathroom stuff etc. Even the retailers were surprised as not many builders would go that extra mile to help their clients. Come March 2020. the work started and Aidan's team (Liam / Ben / Dave / Daniel / John) are a complement to his own work ethic. It is brilliant to see highly skilled workmen work in such harmony with a smile on their faces. The work was completed in good time (accepting the delay caused by the Covid19 situation) and the end product as you can see is fabulous. Throughout the time the guys ensured that our life is disturbed to a minimum degree. The carpets were covered in the morning with the covers lifted at the end of the day. All areas have been cleaned to an extent we can't even tell whether construction work was done there or not. I can't thank Aidan and his team enough. We cannot think of anyone else to do work in the future on our property.

A N Property Solutions have just finished plastering our hall stairs and landing and installing a new loft hatch.
