I had my radiators flushed by Mackie Heating, and they also installed a new boiler for me. They were great throughout, I had lots of issues with my old boiler and they gave me honest advice and were really helpful. Cory completed both of the works and he was great, polite and friendly and cleaned up any mess that was left. Really happy with the work and have already recommended to friends.

On discovering an urgent issue (leak) in the property I moved into, I contacted Mike and he came round the same day to have a look (and thankfully, fix it!), understanding the need for quick action/peace of mind. He explained what he was doing and why, and also gave me some really helpful advice in relation to the boiler and things to consider given that I have just moved in. He did all of this for an extremely reasonable price and I was very grateful that he was so responsive and quick to help. He is very friendly, clearly knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What really sets Mike apart is his eagerness to share his expertise. During his visit, he noticed we had an outdoor thermostat that came with the boiler but had not been installed. He offered to fit it and set it up for us, all as part of the service - a very generous gesture.
