If you're looking for a plumber who is totally committed to his client, look no further than Julian. Having a major boiler malfunction ahead of a -1C weather forecast is not to be recommended, but Julian did everything possible to get replacement parts and spent a good part of the day rebuilding the boiler with better quality components.
