I contacted Graham as he’d worked on my boiler for the previous flat owner. So pleased I went to Graham myself, he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Graham was generous with his time, answered my first-time homeowner questions, had very good advice for things I can do in time, but absolutely no obligation to do now, which I really appreciated. I will ask Graham to service the boiler again in a year’s time and will not hesitate to contact him if I need any plumbing services in the interim. Thank you Graham!

Graham was very quick in replying, coming round on the same day to check the problem out. He was back within 2 days to fully fix it (it didn't need immediate attention). He was friendly and professional and I will definitely use him again in the future should I need to.
