Excellent service. Locked myself out late on a Sunday afternoon. Locksmith arrived in under an hour and gained access in 2 minutes. A very helpful and sympathetic gentleman. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased that the repair man was able to come so quickly. He changed all the batteries and checked the system. I paid him and he said he had sent the invoice details to my phone, but it never arrived. I am still finding the system rather difficult to activate and deactivate. I am quite strong and in good health but a great deal of pressure is required to do this. After using it for about five years, I am wondering if the remote buttons are just worn out. I can make it work but it takes a lot of effort.

AO are great and feel reassured using them. The only downside is that they couldn’t complete installation due to a plumbing problem we had. So not their fault at all and they were right but we got the plumbing issue resolved quickly and called them back. They said it would take 2 weeks to install. However, they did offer a refund for the installation we paid for. So the minus one star was mainly due to not being able to rebook the installation quicker. But they did offset it with no fuss, no quibble refund for the installation costs. I would still use them again!! EDIT: To add more on the actual plumbing service I used via All Services 4U - the plumbing service we used to fix our issue, they were quick and great. I would use them again! Apologies, I had several requests to review at the same time. :)

Radu responded to my call out after i locked myself out of my flat. Very prompt response, less than 30 minutes on a Sunday and got me in very quickly once he arrived. Polite and professional and reasonably priced.
