The service provided by On The House was once again top-notch, Mary took care several times to make sure everything was spinning the right way and was always more than willing to come to our every need. The professional who did the inspection was amazing, straightforward in explaining the problem to us and quick to analyze it with great skill.

We had a broken boiler. First engineer to come round to fix it was a painter who came round to take a photo of the error, so not a good start. The next day another guy came round who could not fix it, but he called another chap who was an expert on Worcester boilers and he fixed it in no time. Throughout the whole experience, although frustrating having to chase appointments, Louisa handled everything very professionally and always kept her promises to calm me back. Thanks Louisa

OnTheHouse helped me out with providing some independent advice on a fire door that allegedly failed inspection. They were prompt to respond to my query, very helpful in explaining what they were going to do, and generally gave me excellent service. I will absolutely use them again for any future needs.
