We have had various members of the team and it's safe to say your in trusted hands. They work to a very high standard protecting the area they work in and make sure its all neat when job is completed. The knowledge and advice they give is second to none, not just someone trying to make a quick buck (which I have experienced). Great service, trustworthy, punctual and know their stuff! 100% recommend to anyone!!

JLM have been to my property 4 times. Twice for emergency plumbing to stop a leak from the outhouse. Twice to service the boiler. Every time arrival times and expectations were set in advance and kept to. In the two emergencies they went above and beyond to be helpful and efficient. The two boiler services (thankfully for me) went without a hitch. I have every confidence that had there been issues they’d have been fixed. Everyone I’ve been in contact with has been very helpful and polite. Highly recommended.

Such a brilliant company, very responsive to communications, always on time, reliable and all of the team were professional and friendly. JLM saved us when we were in a very sticky situation, they went above and beyond to get us up and running with a new boiler after ours was not working and deemed unsafe. We will be having our annual checks with them and recommending to any family and friends in need!

After being quoted a very high price by another company and not feeling entirely happy with their attitude towards my elderly parents I contacted JLM, nothing was too much trouble, excellent advice and transparency, a clear outline of costs and honestly with the whole service. John visited my parents home took his time to explain each part of what needed doing and Rachel kept me updated via phone the whole time, I trust JLM as a family run local business who really care about their customers.
