Fantastic job done replacing a corner thermostatic shower and a heated towel rail. Got the job arranged easily and quickly (Lee’s communication was great), and Ali did a great job installing the items. I particularly appreciated how he found solutions to tricky installation points (such as pipes not being aligned). I’ll definitely be using them again!

Recently we decided to replace our boiler ahead of winter and were offered a next day delivery and installation. All installed within 24 hours of getting in touch - would highly recommend!
Lee was so helpful over the phone when I called on a Sunday evening about my boiler. He talked me through the potential issues & advised me to increase the pressure on my boiler myself instead of getting a call out. The issue was resolved, I didn’t have to pay for a call out but Lee will definitely be my first call if I ever need a plumber again. Fab customer service!
