We had a full utility, shower and toilet installation as well as outside work on an extension. Excellence plumbing and gas. Ashley and the team were fantastic. We approached the project with high anxiety but were completely put at ease when we saw their professional and skilled approach. Excellence Plumbing and Gas recently replaced my 12 year old faulty boiler. They very quickly identified the faults with the old one and it was obviously beyond economic repair. They replaced it a few days later with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 with Easycontrol. They also replaced a couple of radiator valves. All done in about 3.5 hours. The communication with the office was first rate. The engineer was efficient, knowledgeable left the place clean and tidy. I can't rate them high enough.

Consistently fantastic experience with this company. From a major heating upgrade to minor problems, they have always been efficient and responsive. Steve (along with our architect) helped us to make some complicated decisions about the system we need. (We have low pressure into an old house, multi level house so needed help thinking it through). Complete bathroom refurbishment It’s a daunting task to refurbish a bathroom! However, from planning, to advising, to providing us with a detailed quote and then to the perfect execution of the job, the Excellence Plumbing team was always at hand, even on a Saturday! No job was too difficult! The team was tidy, precise and always took on board last minute changes, which I thought of during the process (I’m afraid more than once!), with incredible patience! We recently had work completed to lift and relay our shower base. The office were efficient in booking the work with an excellent understanding of the issue. The team arrived on site as arranged, equipped with everything they required to complete the job effectively, on schedule, without damage of shower screens and wall tiles. The team were courteous, respectful of their surroundings and understanding of COVID restrictions and dIsruption was kept to minimum. All around very good job.
