Gave excellent advice over the phone which allowed me to fix my own radiator thermostatic valve - no charge, no need to do it except for being a decent bloke. Would recommend. Will use in future if needed.

Paul did a great job swapping my old toilet for a new one, wasn't the most straight forward job as it was in a very awkward, cramped space but he did good and patched up the previous property owner's dodgy DIY work on the stool pipe.
