Excellent service. Milenko identified a more serious underlying issue with my boiler that a previous engineer failed to notice. He was very quick to order the correct parts and ensure it was resolved. I highly recommend and will be in touch in the future if needed.

Called Milenko after reading the reviews on here for a boiler that wouldn't stay hot. He came out the following morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next day for a fair price, as well as giving it a full service. I needed to replace my boiler, which was probably installed 30+ years ago and was failing. I contacted Pinecone and Milenko came over that same evening. He gave me a clear and informative description of what was needed and less than 2 weeks later the new boiler is installed and working perfectly.
