I hired Ashley for a complete new boiler installation, all new radiators and one old one moving, he also fed new H&C pipes to bathroom & kitchen for us to complete the final fix. I was really happy with the quote Ashley provided it was bang on the money, he was professional, prompt and reliable. His work is extremely neat, I was surprised how smart the cables were leading to the boiler it was almost OCD! He is a very friendly chap and nice to chat to, very comfortable which can always be a concern as a woman hiring a male tradesperson. I will get Ashley back for any future works I might need doing.

During a fairly major piece of building work, including an extension, new kitchen and updates to our water, gas and electricity services, we discovered that we needed, apart from 6 new radiators plus overhaul of the kitchen water supply and provision, an upgraded boiler to improve the energy efficiency of our extended heating system. We asked Ash from A Parsons Plumbing and Heating to supply and fit all the new pipework, the new radiators, two outside taps and also a new, improved, A+ condensing boiler. Ash came out, went over our plans, talked through what he was planning, adjusted his plans slightly as we wanted the majority of the pipework buried in walls or in the loft, and he gave us a timescale with prices. The work was split into three phases, so doing the kitchen first, then all the first fixes, and finally fitting the new boiler with all Hive controls plus second fix, commissioning and pressure / leak testing. His attention to detail is exemplary. constantly checking with us that the work was ok, showing us any snags he had come across, working out fixes and still coming in on budget. A very tidy worker, he was conscious of the fact that I also work from home so he kept any noise to a minimum and advised before hand if he was expecting to cause any disruption. Fantastic work, brilliant price and Ash is now our go to plumber for any work required.

I contacted Ashley as my boiler was constantly dropping pressure and making very scary sounds. The next morning he came over and took a look and clearly explained the multiple issues with the boiler and it was clear it needed replacing. The same day Ashley took the old boiler off and away, and returned very soon to fit the new one. All work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Ashley explained the controls of the new boiler clearly and was also very clean with his work. I will definitely be using him again for services ect. Really lovely and friendly and also a good price.

I would highly recommend Mr Parsons following the work he carried out at my home. I had a new boiler installed and re-sited within the cellar. The work included an additional radiator and extensive pipe work, all carried out to the highest standard and at a very competitive price. I will certainly use the business again.
