Contacted Galaxy Electrical Services for an emergency call out since one of our lighting circuits had tripped in the night and the circuit breaker was not able to be reset. Samar came round that afternoon and did an excellent job in locating and isolating the fault (which I believe to have been caused by a mouse chewing through a cable in between the walls of the house) so we could have all our lights back. Samar was very professional and focused on solving the problem in a methodical way. Really good service!

I have been let down or not had calls returned by so many tradesmen over recent years, it’s like they just can’t be bothered with smaller jobs even though they still charge loads. This morning I realised my 30amp fuse was tripping meaning no dishwasher or washing machine and power to outbuilding. I found this company and called, Sam was with me within an hour, not only did he solve that issue, he also fixed a kitchen socket after running several tests and a bedroom light, he is truly professional and knowledgeable and also really polite and easy going. I will definitely be using him going forward and can’t recommend him enough, today could have been a nightmare but ended up being very successful and stress free, thank you very much Sam.

Fantastic service. Needed some electrical work done urgently, called Saturday morning not expecting to have anyone visit until Monday, but Galaxy Electrical Services said they could visit that afternoon! Super impressed with the service and very professional.

Samar is kind and friendly. He was very helpful, reliable and did great job for my electric testing, & etc., very efficient. I will be using Galaxy again, and would highly recommend them.
