Lovely chap and did a good job. Really clear communication in terms of when he would arrive, what he needed to review and what steps he would take. Completed the work quickly and efficiently, with no attempt to use complicated jargon to confuse me. Would recommend to a friend
Had leaking radiators - messaged on WhatsApp and had a fast response with availability, analysis of issue and estimated price - problem was fixed quickly.. lovely guy, friendly and great communication, fair pricing. Would recommend 👍🏼
James was fantastic and came to do a few jobs for us such as fitting a new radiator and a stop clock for us. He was very diligent in his work and spoke us through the different steps clearly as we were curious about the different elements that went into the work. We were very impressed the work quality of work he did and the quote he gave us was very reasonable.
He was very tidy in his work and made sure to tidy up after himself for the various jobs he did. We would definitely recommend him and use him again.
James' communication was excellent. He completed the job quickly and to a high standard. He explained what he was doing throughout and answered all my questions. His pricing is very fair. I would happily use his services again.
