Very professional service, highly recommended. I called Jack and sent some pictures via. Whatsapp. He quickly identified the issue and was able to complete it the same day. Our leaky valve was replaced and our heating system is working much better.

Jack provided excellent service on two toilets with problem cisterns. The back to wall toilet needed a full service which Jack provided at a very reasonable price. Work completed promptly and without any problems. Highly recommended!

They did such a fantastic job on installing a new water heater and a few other jobs, and they were really quick-moving too. They gave me advice and were really proactive in the planning stage to help me figure out what was right for my tiny flat.
