Its my honest review about Mr. Colin. Mr. Colin is very Honest , Friendly , Professional , Punctual, Hard working and Dedicated with the work. I was planning to get a Decking in my back garden for a size of 6m x 3.6m. I contacted Mr. colin over the phone , arranged to view the area and provided me a quote. He came on time as agreed , surveyed the area and understood my budget. He shopped around for me to get the best quality material to meet my budget. He plans his work methodically and executes it preciously as per the design. He kept me updated with every stage of work ( Removal , Frame work , Fitting and Painting ). I am overall Happy and Impressed with his work. He surpassed all my expectation. It's difficult nowdays to find trades man like Mr. Colin. I highly recommend Mr. Colin and will use him for my next Job.

We had a number of small plumbing jobs after the New Year and contacted John. It was the first time we had used his services and found him very helpful, with a professional, no-nonsense approach to the jobs. Justin visited today fitting window blinds & curtains rails . I'm very happy with the work Justin has done . Justin is very polite friendly & professional . Arrived on time, fully equipped to complete the jobs in hand . We have arranged with Justin to visit again with his colleague Lee, to complete further works, such as skirting boards , shelving , refitting of cupboards. Justin & Lee are also to quote for decking on the back garden. Decking to be completed in the spring. I highly recommend Justin & Lee. ( Just The Job) I will be using their services again .

Having been looking for a person to repair the ridge tiles on our bungalow without much success, I eventually found Justin. A more pleasant, hardworking, and very efficient man it would be hard to find. He did a terrific job for me and cleaned the roof of moss as well as running a check over the rest of the roof. He turned up when he said he would and cleared away every bit of mess from the roof with no problem. I highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for a fair.friendly and honest person for your job.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Justin to mount the TV on the wall and put up some acoustic panelling, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Justin has done many jobs for me inside and out , in my garden he built and put up my back fence on top of wall and also laid and fitted my false grass . When an ex partner left my en suite leaking down into main bathroom . Just the job saved the day once again , he very quickly removed and fitted a corner shower and put up a ceiling in my main bathroom . Alway very polite and extremely tidy . Many jobs are lined up for Justin to do as his work is top class . 10/10

Lucky and Son fitted a 17ft (5m by 3m) by 10ft metal garage which required bolting to the ground. Also, the garage assembly required 100s of screws to be fitted. They provided a professional quality service, fitting the garage exceptionally, preceded by a quick prompt honest transparent quote. All this was carried out with humility and character. Contacted P and C and spoke to Craig. I had a minor emergency plumbing job and although he was snowed under with work and had a weekend away planned he managed to fit me in at short notice. I am absolutely delighted with the service he provided and a good quality job was done. Overall I am really pleased and would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend. Called Craig to remove an old dated carport, he didn’t hesitate to take the job on, came round, gave me a really good competitive price. Arranged to suit my availability. Craig carried out some interior decoration & painting jobs and put up shelves in my mum's house. I found him to be reliable and trustworthy. He always turned up when he said he would and worked hard. I called for an urgent installation of a new cooker, after my old gas hobs abandoned me. This was a non standard installation, because the cooker was a different size of the previous one and needed to fit between two units of my kitchen, which needed to be moved. I am very happy with the job - they have been responsive, organised, punctual and very reliable. I will definitely call them again in the future for small and big projects in my house!

I’m very pleased with the work Simon has done in my home, and I highly recommend his services. He initially did a tricky job in my bathroom that involved both joinery and plumbing. He quickly identified the causes of the issue, clearly explained the repairs needed, and followed this up with a written estimate. During the work, he kept me well informed and did a thorough job to a high standard. Needless to say, I had no hesitation in booking him for other jobs - he came up with a straightforward solution to sort out a damp issue and did a top job of fitting skirting boards. Whilst doing the work, he pointed out an issue that needed a gas fitter and helped with a contact. He is friendly, trustworthy and works very efficiently. Simon did a great job putting up a curtain pole for a heavy thermal door curtain. He is professional and friendly and made sure that I was happy with the job. He also did a short repair of a light fitting, which was very good of him, as I had not arranged this in advance. I'll definitely be asking Simon when it's time to start on that ever-increasing list of jobs that need attention.

Simon has installed an electric radiator in my elderly parents house. He gave us wonderful service and piece of mind. It was nice to know i could rely on Simon to provide such trustworthy service during these difficult times. He prioritised work ahead of other jobs due to their vulnerability, at his own doing without prompting. He is now fixing up their tired kitchen and no doubt will be able to assist further in the future. Tradesmen like this are hard to find, it's just a shame I can't keep him a secret !

Peter has done a superb job plaster skimming our downstairs toilet and back porch ceilings. He's also fitted skirting boards in our kitchen. We hired Montana Property Maintenance to fit a new cloakroom wc and basin. The floor to ceiling tiles were all removed and the walls all plastered to make good; we also had more plastering done in the kitchen. All work was done to an exceptional standard and for a reasonable price. The guys cleaned as they went along and made sure we were happy with their work before they left. I would happily use Montana Property Maintenance for future projects and would be happy to recommend them.
