Where do I start, this was my second time at The Beauty Coven and i love it here! I was recommended by my sister who lives locally and has been getting her nails done for a while - my sister is visually impaired and the team have always been super accommodating to her. I have had my nails done by Jess and she is a real talent - amazing at nails! My second visit I came to get my hair done by Rachel and even though I was there all day - the time absolutely flew by. The team are so chatty and enjoyable to be around. Now, where do I start with my hair - IT IS STUNNING. Rachel listened to everything i said and did my hair so beautifully. I have never had so many compliments on the colour. Finally, they make their customers feel so special - my sister had been unable to get her nails done in recent months due to family illness but they went above and beyond and gave me a voucher to give to her which said we miss you on the front. I would give more stars if I could!

First time at the Beauty Coven and I loved it. Jess did an amazing job of my nails in preparation for an important event. They are perfect. The whole experience was brilliant and Jess was such a lovely, accomodating person. Highly recommended.

My favourite place to get my nails done! Jess is so patient with me when I can't decide what I want, and my nails always look incredible. The service is just amazing. Overall I love going here because everyone is so welcoming, and there's a real culture of being yourself unashamedly. I always leave feeling refreshed and empowered. Today I received a hot stone massage from Megan, it was a perfect balance of relaxing and re-energising. Megan checked in and made sure she was offering the focus on what I wanted and needed from my treatment. The hot stones were lush, especially on a bleak, drizzly day. At the end I was greeted with a glass of water and some after care tips. I'm looking forward to my next treatment.
