I recently went and had a consultation with Jo, I needed some advice on vitamin injections as I have been feeling rundown, tired, brain fog, irritated, and generally unwell. After speaking to Jo in depth about which vitamin injections would benefit me the most , We decided that I should have vitamin D vitamin C and vitamin B12.
