Don't go anywhere else to get my hair done , lovely girls always listen to how I want my hair always ready to give advice my so even has his hair done there and even my mum is thinking if going to them next time she gets here hair done . Very highly recommended xxxx

What a day!! Drive from Newcastle to have my hair with the amazing Stef. She knows her staff and make my hair go from dry to shine and healthy. Then my nails done by Kisha was lovely day!!!

What a friendly, welcoming, lovely place! I’ve only had short hair for a few years and never been able to get a style I like with other barbers. I explained to Ty just what I wanted and he was excellent! Listened, understood and suggested slight alterations to achieve the desired result. Made me very comfortable throughout. I’m new to the area but certainly won’t be going anywhere else for a haircut from now on! The new premises are lovely too! I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you very much!

First visit and had a lovely time, thank you. The Olaplex treatment, wash and cut was perfect, and I'm really happy with my new hair :) The patch test was done easily and explained well to me. I'll definitely return.

Been a few times now before they moved and all staff are lovely and welcoming. I got my hair done by Immi today and she absolutely smashed it I’m so in love. She constantly checked in and let me know what she was doing as well as double checking I wanted to get bangs added ( we know what us girlies can be like with impulsive changes). Highly recommend! Sean and alba are brilliant hair stylists. A very friendly welcoming atmosphere and safe environment to visit. If it's not possible or safe to put a product on or do something to your hair then they will tell you and help you to find an alternative solution for you. Xx

Love the team at TLC. Sean is a great walker on the local hills and in the valleys and shares his ideas for walks, views and experiences. Love my haircuts too, of course.

Fantastic. I was recommended lisa by a neighbour and am so happy i went. I have never been brave at the hairdresser and felt so fantastic when i left. With a completley different look. Well worth a call to book an appointment to have a chat if in need of something new!! Been again and again fantastic happily sit and chat whilst having it done feel like a new women again.

One of the best salons I’ve experience. Make you feel so comfortable and the girls are such a pleasure. I go there for everything from hair to eyelashes to nails. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Sammy is amazing and have been with her since day dot. All the girls she has hired since then have been such a positive reflection of the service she gives! Had my nails done by Sammie-Jo recently and I'm so impressed with them. I have naturally long nails and she took great care with them filing them into my desired shape and applying the most beautiful gel colours I've ever seen! Thank you UPDATE: since posting this review I have had my hair expertly taken care of by Sammy. I've had so many compliments on the colour and the cut and I just can't thank Sammy enough for making me feel so amazing.

Daisy made my eyelashes look amazing and did the style I asked for. Affordable price and always tries to accommodate Beautiful shop and lovely atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and welcoming even at their busiest time of year. Definitely will be back.

Great experience. Lovely friendly stylists and a relaxed atmosphere too. Erin is my stylist, I totally trust her, I just love how she cuts and colours my hair as well as her keratin straightening treatment which leaves my hair smooth, shiny and glossy.

Searching for a local beauty spot and came across Eleven beauty studio. Booked in via telephone call spoke to Phoebe and Suzie carried out the treatment (waxing). Very friendly and professional and also asked me in between if there are any other areas she needs to see too again. Most definitely will visit again for other treatments and will spread the word to family and friends :)
