I have recently had permanent makeup done on my brows with Clare. Clare is such a calm and welcoming person, it’s impossible not to feel at ease with her. Clare is precise and skilled in her work and has created symmetrical detailed brows for me, combining natural hair strokes and delicate shading for a bold but natural brow, they are exactly what I wanted and will save me so much time in a morning not having to draw them on. What a beautiful salon. I had my eyeliner and lip blush done by Clare. She spent lots of time talking me through colours and making sure I was happy. The numbing was brilliant and made the procedure only slightly uncomfortable but totally bearable. Clare is a really lovely lady who knows her profession second to none. I would highly recommend Clare for all permanent makeup

I went to Beauty Box for a full leg wax with Niamh and can highly recommend her. She did an absolutely great job, she was very thorough and I can honestly say this was the best wax I have had in a long time. 5 stars and I will definitely go back to her when I am next in Otley. Thanks Niamh!

Paid for my wife to get her nails done as a birthday treat. She loved it - said the girls were really friendly and her gel nails were perfect for our holidays.

I would certainly recommend this place for anyone who wants their nails done. It is a great place also for massages and pedicures. Lovely friendly staff and a great nail salon for Otley.

I absolutely love coming to House Of Beauty! Such a cute little salon, so don’t have to feel anxious about loads of people been in. Such a nice environment & atmosphere which I think makes the whole experience extra nice. Amelia is the nicest most loveliest therapists I’ve ever met in my life! Great salon and value for money. My gel nails last for weeks, much higher quality than other salons I’ve been to. It’s hard to find a salon locally that does everything and I can go here for everything I need. Becky treats you like a friend not a customer and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Love coming here to get my nails done! They managed to sort my nails out and take the very hard acrylic off that were done with strong powdered acrylic despite it taking so long they still succeeded and left my nails feeling strong and lovely! I returned at the weekend to get gel nails on and I absolutely love them, they feel so healthy and much much better than they did when I was getting them done previously! I will definitely be visiting here again and regularly

I've never been before and I can honestly say I will definitely return! Leah (a beautiful young lady) did my pedicure with shellac on my toenails, my manicure with squoval shaped nails and shellac french polish, then, to top it off!!! A collagen facial! I am so happy with everything! It's been a real treat! Thankyou Leah and Claire for my coffee's too.

I always have a great experience at luxe, the rawdon salon has a lovely ambiance. I usually have the brow wax and I’m always happy with the result.

Had a facial booked with Helen, she was excellent from start to finish. Explained the procedure and the products she would be using. Really relaxing and calming, I nearly dozed off! Afterwards gave me some advice on skincare and recommend some lovely products which I am already seeing the benefit from. Thank you!

Caitlin was absolutely lovely and so professional and friendly. The massage treatment was an autumn reset and Caitlin ensured she asked about problem areas and really helped with the nots and tension in my shoulders. The room setup and heated blankets are lovely and the overall ambience within the salon is lovely I will be booking again with Caitlin. She has very good pressure and checked in that it wasn’t too much also. Fabulous masseuse!

Luxe is the most wonderful salon. I always love visiting. All the girls are so friendly and welcoming. The salon has a lovely relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The treatments I have had have all been amazing. The staff are so knowledgeable and get the most fantastic results. I can't praise you all highly enough. Looking forward to my next visit!

I've been to Y&R only a handful of times for gel nails but it's become a firm favourite. Parastu is quick but meticulous and offers advice when I'm stuck between two colours. Great little venue with affordable prices, what's not to love.

Parastu is an incredibly talented lady. My first time here was actually an off chance but since discovering her for about a year now I haven’t gone elsewhere for my nails. Her attention to details, skilful and friendly personality is top chart. Thank you for always being so accommodating, for the cuppa and biscuits too ☺️

I’ve been going to The Gallery for a good couple of years now, having previously struggled for years to find a hairdresser who actually did what I asked with my hair! The salon owner, Sam, has always done my hair and I could not be happier with the results. I’ve been trying to grow my hair for about 15 years since having a bad cut when I was younger. Sam has been great, recommending various products to help with my hair’s growth and strength. Her hairdressing skills are second to none and my hair has genuinely never looked or felt better. I have recommended the salon to all my friends and would do the same for anyone looking for a fantastic hairdresser!
