I had the most amazing experience at the salon with Becky! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered her expert advice, which made me feel confident in her hands. She gave me the perfect cut, transforming my hair into exactly what I had envisioned. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and absolutely in love with my new look. I can’t wait for my next appointment. Becky is incredibly skilled, with her attention to detail, I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their hair goals.

Absolutely loved my first visit to Becky today. I am transitioning to my natural grey era! Becky reassured me, gave me amazing advise about not dying my hair. My transformation is complete with one visit. 😀 I actually cried seeing the amazing result. No more dyes, bleach or toners for me 😍🤣😘 Becky you are a true genius!

Becky is incredible! My daughter has autism and anxiety in the past going to other hairdressers has been a traumatic experience. But BU Salon was a calming experience! Becky ensured we were the only customers in the salon and was amazing with my daughter! I absolutely love my hair as well! We have already booked our next appointment!!!

Today I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Becky. I am blown away at the transformation she has given me. I haven't been to the hairdressers in over 6 years due to the severe psoriasis I have on my head, which had knocked my confidence. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable, the quality of the service and the ambience of the salon is amazing. She mixed the colours specifically for my hair. And used specific products to help my scalp. Thankyou so much!!!

My nails were in a poor state after visits to an incompetent salon. Sore skin and nail beds. Carmel took care to explain why this has happened. Two visits here and my nails are healthier and not painful. Fantastic service. I have booked up until Christmas. Thank you

After coming back from dubai and living in Birmingham for a year finally I have found a good saloon where I can trust the staff blindly. The owner and charlotte who cut my hair gave me a magical experience. I highly recommend them and I’m sure to bring my family to them!

Went to this salon for the first time today and i had an absolutely amazing experience. I think her name was charlotte who cut my hair, she did an outstanding job, so polite and professional. The other lady vicki did a really good job washing my hair felt so relaxed. I cannot wait to come again 🤩

Done 13 sessions of electrolysis hair removal and I'm delighted with the results. She is very professional and has a well equipped Salon.The site is private and very cozy. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Used Saleena's hairstyling services on several occasions now, both for myself and my daughter. Her place is amazing, comfortable and convenient. She made us feel welcome and at home and pays great attention to all the work she does. I have also used her waxing/threading services, again great care and attention is taken and she really listens to her clients. Wish I had known she was so local to me before, as she gives a fantastic service for a reasonable price. Finally, her place is clean, professional and she has clearly thought about her clients needs. Definitely will be booking again and I'd highly recommend you give her a go!

It was my first time using 'The Pamper Box' which I had found online. It was a pleasure having my hair restyled by Saleena (She is very professional, pleasant and friendly). Prior to coming here I didn’t go to the hair dressers/barbers very often as practically all hair styles were unsuitable. I had Louise and immediately she was very welcoming! I showed her an idea and she found a suitable variant for my hair type and I’ve got to say, this is the first haircut I’ve ever had where I’ve left feeling happy. Louise also helped me pick out a new styling approach and introduced me into another service which may help me with my end goal, definitely coming here for my hair cuts and other services! Definitely recommend.

I saw a video on ticktock and used this salon on impulse as needed my hair doing. The appointment was booked the same day with ease. As I've never used anyone other then my regular hairstylist I was a bit apprehensive. The lovely sister Naz made me feel at ease and did everything accordingly to my request. I had my hair cut here today and had a lovely experience! I had not booked an appointment in advance but Naz still managed to fit me in. I highly recommend this salon which both myself and my daughter use. It gets the right balance between ‘cool’ and ‘friendly’. The stylists, in particular Andy, are highly skilled and there is also no pressure if like me you just want a trim. My daughter on the other hand is more adventurous and gets her hair coloured and restyled and loves the fact that she can get the latest look. The salon caters for all ages and tastes and it’s lovely to see so many different generations using the salon whenever I go in; young and old, all are made to feel welcome. No wonder Aesthetics has had such a great reputation for so many years.

I felt really compelled to leave this review today after so many amazing experiences at Aesthetics. When you walk into the salon you’re instantly welcomed and made to feel so comfortable. As a family we’ve been coming to this salon for many years and are never disappointed. I had my hair cut by Molly again today and I am so happy with the results and how she made me feel. I’ve anlso had my hair cut by Yasmin before and always come out feeling a million dollars. Andy always does the most amazing job at cutting my Mom and Sister’s hair too he’s just so talented and so welcoming to everyone. I can’t speak highly enough of this salon and the whole team. I would highly recommend.
