Was my first time here. Very professional and friendly. I love my hair cut. Fiona listened to what I wanted and did a brilliant job. Definitely recommend Hair Razor. I have been back to have my hair permed and I'm so happy, it has turned out beautifully and totally restored my faith as I'd been elsewhere in Horncastle and had a bad perm and experience. Best hairdressers I've ever been to! I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair, this place is the absolute best! I've been going to see the boss for almost 16 years (and that really makes me feel old!) She was the first person to cut my son's hair, and even now he won't go anywhere else. The staff are absolutely fantastic, they're welcoming and friendly, always happy to help. The whole atmosphere is relaxing, you really feel pampered and looked after. From manicures to waxing, they do it all...and they do it extremely well. My stepmother used to travel up from London to get her hair and nails done here, they really are that good!

Today I took my very nervous daughter to have her ear pierced. She's been wanting them done for years but was always too nervous to go through with it. Lauren and the other lady (sorry I didn't get your name) were amazing with her. Did both ears at the same time and did great at explaining everything. She's now a very happy girl with both ears done. Amazing service all around, Alice was really attentive to the areas that needed the extra work. For my first massage it was what I needed. I also had a boosting facial, it was really relaxing and my skin has felt so good since having it done. The products Alice used were lovely. I'm already booked in again end of Feb for another massage and facial.

Amelia was so lovely, she helped me feel comfortable and at ease. She did such a lovely job with both my facial and my pedicure, and I would not hesitate booking with her or at the city spa again. I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy and I’ve felt so achey and rubbish. Thank you for making me feel more me again!

The service at Simpsons is always exceptional, I had express lashes done, the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. The Lincoln city branch has moved and the place is absolutely beautiful, the interior is glamorous and elegant whilst being warm and friendly. The staff are always friendly and check that I'm comfortable and what exactly I'd like. I had a new lady called Tamara today and she was very friendly and professional...we had a good chat too. Thank you for making my little treat so enjoyable!

Amelia is absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming every four weeks for the past 18 months, and the level of professionalism from her and the entire team is second to none. Amelia did an excellent job with my nails – they look stunning and are exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail and friendly nature make every visit such a pleasure. I first visited Lincoln Saks Salon after moving to the area, and was introduced to Milly in Winter 23. She came across so warm and friendly and she did a full set of highlights and cut on a training night. I was impressed with her then. Fast forward to Summer 24, Milly has completely out done herself with a graduated bob and highlights - I am in love with my new style. Milly is at the early stages of her career, but don’t let that put you off! She demonstrates an excellent understanding of her profession, she has fantastic ability to work with you as a client to achieve realistic results that don’t leave you disappointed. Observing Milly in the salon she is an integral part of the team, she is passionate about her work, her attention to detail is admirable. She has a positive, confident and professional manner which reflects in her work. Her confidence has grown massively since Winter 23, and with her eagerness to learn from those around her I am excited for Milly and her future as a stylist. I feel so lucky to have found Milly and she is a real credited to the Saks Lincoln Team.

Liv is absolutely fabulous. I usually have red Balayage but wanted to change it slightly with copper adding. She absolutely pulled it off as she always does.

Thank you Liv for a gorgeous haircut. I showed a photo of the look I was hoping for before she started cutting my hair and it looked exactly like the picture when she’d finished, even down to the blow dry. Liv checked I was happy with the length she took off after the first cut before continuing with the rest of my hair which was a lovely touch. Liv was friendly and polite during my haircut and I overall really enjoyed my visit to Saks Hair and Beauty Lincoln. Thanks Liv!

Always a great service from Kay. She advises me on my colour and cut and it is always spectacular. As a disabled client, she ensures everything is suitable for me and gives me minimal effort cuts that look great. Can't say that for any other salon.

Had the most relaxing, luxurious treatment with Leonie on Friday. After being greeted by a very friendly Receptionist, I was offered a complimentary drink before being shown into the waiting area. Leonie took me into the treatment room, and I spent the next 90 minutes being pampered. Leonie was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. I would love to return for more treatments in the future.

First visit yesterday. From start to finish staff were warm and welcoming. Nicola looked after me for a colour and restyle. She took her time, offering advice to decided which colours and style would suit me best, along with the best treatments for my hair. Its been a long time since I've been so happy with the end result, the colours blended beautifully, and the restyle was fantastic. Nicola definitely knows her stuff.

Had my hair cut at this hairdressers today, first time. Actually thought I was going to another hairdresser in vicinity but glad I ended up here. I had a stylist, Alessia. Really pleased with her cut. Salon very welcoming. Asked what I would like to drink. I jokingly said a G &T. Yes, we can do that, I’ll just get you the menu. Well, I could have had more or less anything, complimentary. Of course, their prices reflect this. However, the last hairdresser I tried was not at all welcoming. No coffee offered and did not seem very interested in me or my hair. Yes, cheaper, but I am more than happy to pay for a lovely experience, a great hairdresser with a lovely personality. Very pleased with my”pixie” cut.

Went for my first visit for a cut and finish. Absolutely delighted with it. Came out feeling fabulous. Very warm welcome. Brilliant hairstylist. Clean & bright salon. Price is reasonable. Complimentary drink and they play good music. Would definitely recommend this salon.

I’ve been coming to Bennett’s for around 6 years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Millie is so talented at both colour and extensions, absolutely nails my hair every time and goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy with it. Miranda is also amazing, has always done my brows and lashes just how I like them and I always come out feeling great! Everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming; it honestly feels like you’re part of the family.

I had my hair done today and what a great experience that I received. I showed the young lady that attended to me and got me in last minute and I left looking completely different. I’m normally nervous about people touching my hair but I showed her what I wanted and they expectations of what I wanted one more than perfect I can’t recommend Bennett’s enough and I will definitely be back in the future. I will highly recommend, the artist that did my hair today she was absolutely lovely great conversation offered tea coffee or water which is great customer service And didn’t absolutely amazing job on my hair, thank you so much xxxx

Visited here for the first time for a freshen up, just a wash, cut and finish and was greeted within 5 seconds of walking through the door. All staff that I spoke to asked me if I wanted anything to drink and showed excellent customer service. Millie did my hair for me and she did an absolutely fantastic job of it, and ensured I was happy with the result before finishing, very chatty too which I found nice because it wasn't awkward as it sometimes is. Would definitely come here again

I’ve had balayages done by Millie for around a year now and I can confidently say I wouldn’t go to anyone else. My hair is so healthy and I couldn’t be happier. Millie is an amazing stylist and she’s so friendly! Millie always makes sure I’m happy with the colour, length and new ideas that we have tried out with the face framing. First time visit and facilities were beautiful, very relaxing. Went for deep tissue massage and brow lamination. Both lovely ladies Leah & Lucy, very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Very happy with results from both treatments and a really great experience from the whole team!

My first visit and I was very impressed. The smell was incredible coming through the doors. All the decor was very trendy, I love the vibe with all the flowers and the large hot tub for my whole group. I went for my friends hen party and we had a cabin that we were able to decorate and private hire. The staff were so attentive and lovely. My facial was amazing and very relaxing. The afternoon tea hampers were a hit as they were very cute. The sauna was my absolute favourite I’ve been in. The lockers worked well. I will definitely return and I can’t believe I haven’t been before.

I had a lovely day at the Branston branch, the staff couldn’t be any more helpful. We enjoyed the facilities as well as a mocktail/alcoholic drink. During our visit we had a delicious afternoon tea/graze box which had a variety of foods and really added to our day out. I had a Swedish back massage for my treatment, Leah was polite, professional and provided a beautiful treatment. I have used Simpsons multiple times and am always left wanting to come back again. Carmen is a genius. She done in 10 minutes for £10 what used to take half an hour and cost £50 in London. Highly recommended.

I'm always wary of trying a new hairdresser but Carmen is brilliant! I have and would recommend to anyone. Not only is she great at hair but she is friendly and puts you at ease. Great service all round 10/10.

My stylist listens to what I want and charges a very reasonable price for doing my hair just the way I want it. A small friendly salon offering a range of hair and nail services. Highly recommended.
