Have taken a couple of kittens here to be neutered and unfortunately our eldest cat go to sleep. The receptionists and vets are absolutely fantastic. They make sure your checked in and seated in the right area and the vets are told your there. The waiting are is always spotlessly clean and if any pets have an accident it's instantly cleaned up and disinfected. The vets are caring and not just there to make money like I have experienced at other vets where they want you to throw money at them to keep a animal going. When our elderly cat had had a diagnosis they were honest and up front and explained everything perfectly which was great for my elderly mother (no wasn't getting her euthanized yet) so I didn't have to explain it to her. The receptionist made sure we were looked after and we were shown to a low lit room with a nice fluffy blanket for our cat. After it was complete we were given a card with a collection of paw prints. This made a sad time easier. Other vets can charge £15 and over for print. If you want a place to take your loved fur / non fur babies to be cured , fixed etc then go here as the service is second to none.

I’ve had a great experience today for my first visit to Vets4Pets. I phoned up prior to discuss costs and the monthly plan, and Emily was so helpful. She was very informative and was very patient with all of my questions and queries. Upon my visit I saw Emily and again she was extremely informative and very nice to talk to. The Vet I saw (I’m not sure what his name is but he was young) was very nice, polite, gentle with my kitten and really informative again. A brilliant experience for me and my kitten, both as newbies to Vets!

I have my own doggy daycare and boarding business and every time I have had to use this practice I have been impressed with all of the staff. My own dog has had to come a lot recently and the nurses are lovely with him. They are always so friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. The vet David is excellent! He always goes out of his way to explain everything clearly, and I have complete faith in him, which is not something I have ever been able to say about any other vet. He is the right combination of friendly and professional, and I think that is so important when you are an owner, and trusting your pet into the care of someone. When he operated on my dog Bruno recently, the wound healed really well, so clearly he's a good surgeon as well! Bruno and I actually look forward to our visits to the vets now, which is amazing. A vets practice is only ever as good as it's staff, and they are fantastic here.

Richard and his team transformed our overgrown space to a garden which always makes me smile whenever I see it. All the team were extremely professional and explained the process and helped us pick the plants which were low maintenance but ensure the garden looks beautiful all year throughout. Spending time in the garden today has proved a welcome escape from the wider world. I would highly recommend Austin Gardens and are now planning on getting the team to rework out back garden.

Richard, Lottie and Andrew were incredible at taking on our garden full of stone, brick and artificial grass and clearing it all to create the beginnings of a beautiful garden. They came at a really difficult personal time, and their kindness, patience and absolute competence allowed the work to continue without stress. It was wonderful to know that we could completely trust their advice and helped us make decisions as the project went on. They also went above and beyond to clean up the masses of mud created through such a big clearance job. Just a massive thank you to Richard and the team :)

We were absolutely delighted with the superb job Richard Austin did in designing our beautiful new garden. He closely consulted with us throughout the process, listening carefully to all of our specific requirements - whether with regards to plants and features, or budget and timescales - and offered thoughtful guidance and expertise. Once the final designs were produced - during which time Richard regularly consulted with us and took in our feedback - Richard successfully project managed the hard landscaping which (due to geographical constraints) was outsourced to another firm. He himself then did a very fast, effective and highly professional job of the planting, sourcing the plants at the best quality and price. We have been delighted by the results, the garden never ceases to draw admiring comments from visitors and is getting progressively better as the years go by. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending Richard to others.

What a marvellous experience from start to finish it was, working with Richard and his team to revamp my formal front garden! Richard is patient and exceedingly knowledgeable and kept me fully informed and engaged every step of the way, from concept to completion. It was a pleasure to have Richard and Lottie working here. Austin's Gardens were excellent when it came to designing, landscaping and planting my garden. Richard really listened to what I wanted, came up with imaginative ideas that fit my budget, and then delivered on time with work that was neat and professional throughout. He worked with other constructors (conservatory and driveway), and was flexible and an excellent communicator. Unreservedly recommend him and his team!

What a great experience. I called in a panic as my electric had gone off. We talked through on the phone and discovered the issue lay with Northern power grid. They provided the emergency number and even checked in later that day to check if all was resolved. I cannot recommend the service enough and have seabed the number for future projects that need doing in my house. Thank you!

The entire house renovations would not have been completed without the efficiency and quality work provided by the entire MPS team. Marc is very accessible and transparent in regards to works required to make things right. Marc and Janine coordinates the entire project efficiently and got things done on time. I have got to know this wonderful vets over the last few months as the charity I foster cats with use them. I absolutely cannot fault them, whether an injection, check over, microchip or major operation every single member of staff is polite and friendly. They clearly care a lot about animals and treat each pet with compassion and love. No question or query is ever too much trouble for them and they have helped put my mind at rest as a new cat fosterer. When my plan ends with the vet I use for my own cats comes to an end later in the year, I want to move them to LVC as I know they will be in excellent hands.

I've been taking my cat Bertie since August 2022 as a tiny kitten. He's been there on and off every month for one thing and another since that time, this last 8 months have been hard as he was diagnosed with hip displacia, especially this last week! I cannot thank Katherine his main vet and all the team for all their care, and going the extra mile for him and kindness. If I could give more stars 🌟 I would. Massive thank .. you all deserve it

I required an emergency appointment for my gorgeous but very poorly cat. They were the only emergency vets around when we needed one. My boy had to be put down but I was so impressed by the staff's kindness, efficiency, communication and knowledge and understanding that I have now registered my two new furbabies with them and taken the pet care plan. Thank you so much to vets Jenny and Emma for giving my boy such good quality care. You were there when he needed you and all your staff were there for me too. Excellent, bright clean, well equipped facility. I definitely recomend.

Review from our visit in October. We managed to get a last minute appointment to see the Vet with our poorly hamster. Unfortunately she had to be put down but the Vet we saw was very compassionate and allowed us time to say goodbye which was much appreciated by my daughter. We also got a sympathy card through the post the following week which I thought was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

Towerwood Vets provide a fantastic service. I have my dog registered at the practice and I would never go anywhere else. The vets are knowledgeable, caring and explain everything in a reassuring manner. The nurses are also excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The staff are always welcoming and it is very easy to get an appointment, whether pre-booked or emergency. The Practice is very transparent with cost and offer the Pet Plan which is very cost effective. I really trust them with my pet and they always provide such a brilliant service. Edit - Towerwood have just done a complex surgery on my pet, Bertie, and they were amazing. From start to finish they have been so supportive and cared for my Frenchie as if he’s their own. They are truly brilliant.

Knowledgeable and helpful vets practice, I did the puppy program which was excellent and then signed up to the monthly plan for our dog covering check ups and regular worming / flea treatments. Works well and nice to have the cost spread across the year rather than a bill I have to pay each time

Really appreciated the vet's approach - talking me through all the processes as part of my cat's check up. This was a new vet that I had not met before. My cat was surprisingly friendly and relaxed despite having a jab. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful and I appreciate text reminders for appointments as I have a lot of family commitments to keep track of. If I was to make a recommendation it would be to give an annual update on pet plans and their benefits, annual update on changes in law (eg mandated microchips) and itemised receipts for any transactions. Used this vets for years having dogs . Now having lost my last dogs due to old age, now have a cat 17 years old and becoming concerning. The lady vet we saw was absolutely spot on . Listened and discussed the problem which was heartwarming. The lady in question was called iris and was one of the best we have ever seen. Could have gone down the road of blood tests and xrays but at 17 years old is too much. Cats have 9 lives, maybe he's on his ninth.

A very friendly and helpful vets. They took us on when our vet in Dewsbury said they didn’t have enough vets to help us. We rang every vet in the Wakefield area to get Milly her booster and her nails cut under sedation (she won’t let anyone near her paws) and they were all full. Yorkshire Vets said they could help. Really happy with them.

Since moving vets this is the first time I have had to bring one of dogs. He is usually a very nervous dog but right away, we were met by friendly staff who put ourselves and Archie at ease. This was continued when we met the vet who made archie feel comfortable, didn't try to push products on us, explained possible treatments and costs, and was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We ledt feeling like even the vet had Archies best interests in mind opposed to trying to rack up the highest bill. Best vets visit since he was a pup, now he's 8! Would definitely recommend.
