We came to try koba ko at the new venue. We have tried their ramen before and have not yet been disappointed. The broth is very clean but rich, it is quite expensive for the bowl so really I would probably return for a special occasion - this was for my wife's birthday. Service was abit slow but I believe there was only two waiting staff for the whole floor.
I really enjoyed the lunch here! The server was very welcoming and nice. We ordered ramen and chicken for side. At first, we found the chicken too salty, but when we reported the issue to the server, they promptly offered a new dish. The ramen was absolutely delicious, and I would definitely consider visiting again!
Just perfect. For me this was the most authentic ramen I've had in the Midlands and everything from the service to the price was bang on. I had the tonkotsu ramen and it was so good. The chicken wings were also so really good, crispy and full of complex flavour.
Authentic Japanese food with a well thought out, small menu. Highly recommend! Nice relaxed atmosphere and reasonably priced!
