The 2 electrical technicians, Mark and Neil were friendly and polite. They carried out their job professionally and cleanly, emptying shelves, laying down dust sheets and having completed the job after taking up the dust sheets they still hoovered up where they had been working; then came the 'piece de resistance' they took out a mobile phone, looked a photograph of my cupboard shelves before they'd emptied them and proceeded to put everything back in its exact place. Only wish I could give 10 stars.
