They tried hard to help
As a DIYer (the good type!), I went in to try and get some replacement parts for a nasty bodge job a previous owner did, after recently moving into a new house and the chap behind the counter was more than happy to discuss the issue and come up with the best solution. Their range isn’t the greatest I’ll admit but they’re by no means unhelpful and their slightly higher prices than Screwfix/Toolstation are justified for the knowledgable service.
Bruce was able to help me quickly source a spare part for my shower. I didn't have a clue where to start trying to find this but in less than 10 minutes he phoned be straight back. Total lifesaver
always helpful bit pricey compared to my normal supplier but then traveling 7 to 10 miles kindah defeats the difference
Very impressed with the service here. Friendly chap took his time to discuss failed close couple joint and siphon. And provided a clearly better alternative. Lots of very good advice on fitting. For the 'price' of the sale the advice and help was just brilliant. I wish more shops/retailers were like this. It was Dave.... Thanks Dave
