Clive has been looking after my boiler(s) for several years now. He is always polite and does a great job. A problem occurred this weekend, emailed Clive and he was phoning me 9am on Monday morning. By 11am job completed! Very reliable, wouldn't trust anybody else!

Great service. Clive helped out in an emergency when our usual plumber couldn't. Dealt with the issue promptly and communicated with us brilliantly throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Had a gas leak just my side of the gas meter, over a few days I called many Gas Safe engineers found on the Gas Safe register but all weren't interested or couldn't come for some days, but seeing I had had the gas cut off on a cold Novembers day leaving us with no heating or oven I continued to try, eventually found Clive who said he would call that evening, however he called mid afternoon and immediately too on the job, which necessitated chiselling a channel in the hallway wall to get access to the leaking joint. 2 Hours later the job was done and the necessary damage made to the wall was left in a condition that I am able to make good myself. Clive was quick and efficient and clearly new exactly what he was doing, he had all the right tools and lengths of pipe and unions etc so no disappearing to buy something he needed. He supplied me with test certificates and confirmed all the house gas appliances fully working. He didn't stop during his time here cept for a few slurps of tea. His invoice was acceptable considering his quick response, his work ethic and skills were worth every penny. I'll definitely keep Clive's number.

Clive came the same evening when our boiler stopped working. He checked everything and ascertained the issue. Clive returned the next day having sourced an obsolete part and got our system up and working. Clive is friendly and polite and leaves everything clean and tidy.
