Highly professional and competent service. My technician was very friendly and easy to deal with. I am extremely happy with the results.

At first, things went very poorly with the dispatcher on the day of the scheduled service. There seemed to be no communication between the very nice people at the front-end office and the dispatcher who had incorrect information, resulting in delaying the arrival of the technician until the final ten minutes of the four-hour window.

Yuval came out to help find and repair a leak that we were having in the area under our kitchen sink. He did a great job of finding the problems, and installing our new faucet & garbage disposal and replacing a hose to our dish washer. This is the 2nd time we have used Alex Plumbing, and we would use them again if any other plumbing issues arose. Thank you!
