Jimmy was absolutely brilliant - he efficiently fixed our boiler issue that other suppliers hadn’t been able to and he returned within the hour of us calling him to check on a fitting. He was so responsive and helpful throughout, and always took the time to explain the reason for what he was doing. Would highly recommend - best plumber we have come across!

Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. Professional, friendly,and efficient From start to finish Dave and Dave gave us a top quality service which we highly recommend. From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Their customer service is brilliant, taking time to make sure we understood the problems, the works they proposed and answering questions clearly at every stage. Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Honestly can’t thank Dave and Steve enough! If you need a trusty plumber look no further and give these guys a call!

If you are looking for someone that is passionate about their job, who is not only professional, but an outright perfectionist then Darren is your man. I can't recommend him and his team enough. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. I have taken the time to post my review in two locations simply as the service was the best we have ever had; and we are now considering a full shower replacement in the New Year based on this experience - something we were holding off from looking into as we couldn’t quite find the right Company. We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Hari took care of the EICRs on three of my four flats, located any issues and resolved them prior to new tenancy agreements. Done politely and professionally. Also completed a full new electrical installation to a top floor kitchen, after I opted to build an acoustic stud wall. Did everuthing as per the spec, which we both worked on + finessed, changed things where needed as per his suggestion, and liaised with the carpenters. / fitters also. Job completed late 2021 and kitchen looks ace!

As well as doing an urgent repair to a bathroom and extractor fan light switch, Hari also repaired a faulty electrical socket for me. As well as doing an excellent job on both repairs, Hari finished both jobs very quickly. I asked Ciaran to do a complex job late last year installing two new alarms so they would be fully integrated into an older system. He was able to give good advice as to what I needed to purchase and the whole system worked well after he finished the installation. He also did an earlier job installing 2 new emergency lights which he did both quickly and professionally. His charges were very reasonable, and he arrived on both occasions on time and was friendly and polite and left the place clean and tidy.
