Duwayne is a godsend! He replaced my old boiler and had to re-site it, which was a long, challenging job. He was diligent, very through and professional. He paid attention to detail, was considerate, cheerful and very helpful. He moved furniture, for easy access, and cleaned and tidied up when he left. He explained the function of the thermostat and how to operate it. In future, I will definitely contact him for any problems and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We are delighted and relieved to have connected with SES Electrical Contractors, which has systematically sorted out a number of overdue issues with electrical installations including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems and most recently adding motion-sensor lighting for the communal staircase. The managing director, Byron Sanders, went the extra mile to ensure that this latest installation was the best it could be. Byron visited us to help diagnose a fault we've been having with our oven. He was courteous, efficient and communicative throughout explaining his findings in an easy to understand way. I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. Thankfully, I was recommended SES Electrical, and from the moment I spoke to Byron, the service was amazing. He kindly offered to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before arranging a visit, patiently guiding me through a few steps and helping me resolve the issue myself! Amazing service, absolutely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Things we normally wouldn't say about many traders in London, but Mizan has been brilliant. Embarrassingly, I managed to short out our entire mains during a DIY project that went wrong. On a public holiday. Late in the afternoon. Yeah, I wasn't proud of myself, thankfully the wife was out. But called up Ideal and Mizan was professional and sympathetic, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained to me what went wrong. As part of a safety test he also discovered some deeper faults in some other electrical work that I'd hired some cowboys to fix in my kid's recently renovated bedroom. Again, he diagnosed, patiently explained and fixed the problem with a professionalism that is rare these days. Above and beyond the call of duty as it was getting late. And he fixed it all before the wife returned so I could pretend things weren't as bad as they actually were! I'd call Ideal again in a flash for my electrical needs, I was super impressed!

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

Malik did a great job when moving into a new house, had arranged for him to check out the safety and do an EICR but ended up needing the entire upstairs circuit fault-checked and fixed which was all done in the same appointment. Will be booking again when next needing work!

Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Honestly can’t thank Dave and Steve enough! If you need a trusty plumber look no further and give these guys a call!

Professional, friendly,and efficient From start to finish Dave and Dave gave us a top quality service which we highly recommend. From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend
