Absolutely thee most polite staff we had staying a week in Nashville,food was awesome,and it was thee cheapest out of all the restaurants we went to,the guy who waited on us was phenomenal,wasn't loud,very clean, biggest biscuits I've seen in years,crispiest hashbrowns,eggs were absolutely perfectly cooked
Fantastic!! Had a little bit of a wait but that's cause we caught the lunch rush. Don't let that stop you though, grab a drink at the bar inside while you wait. Their bloody mary is one of the best I've had at a restaurant đź’Ż. Food was amazing and I look forward to trying more of their dishes. P.S. if you've never had poutine it is devine and theirs is spot on. Savory beef gravy and cheese curds on top of fresh French fries, do yourself a favor and get an order!
Definitely worth a stop before or after visiting the home of Old Hickory at the Hermitage. Breakfast all day was a big plus for me. Over medium eggs cooked to perfection. The biscuit was one of the best I have eaten. The “diner breakfast” was plenty for me and a bargain at $11.
Absolutely great place for food. Awesome place to stop buy after shopping or hanging out on the weekend.
Don’t miss this place! I slammed The Kernel for breakfast and it did not disappoint. I’m from NJ and we have a wide variety cuisine but not biscuits and gravy. I asked for the eggs on the side. Being from Jersey, I am not familiar with gravy and eggs combined but I did try it, amazing, give me 14! Next time I’d get the eggs on.
