“If you are looking for a wedding venue then look no further! From start to finish the team at Bordesley Park Wedding Venue were outstanding and always went above and beyond for us. Both myself and my now husband enquired about Bordesley separately, Charlotte communicated with us very quickly and arranged a viewing of the venue. Charlotte was professional and welcoming to us and our family, she answered all of our questions and provided comfort when emotions were high. We had several meetings with Ben and nothing was too much trouble. We always felt like the only couple having a wedding at Bordesley, we never felt like a number or another wedding. We also communicated with Sharon about the payments, and she always responded quickly. I met and communicated with Jamie about the drink packages, and he adapted our packages several times to meet our needs and the changing of details. The day before the wedding Ben communicated with us and we were able to drop items off, which helped ease stress. On the day of the wedding (06.09.2924), the whole team at Bordesley looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble, they set up tables and emptied my car of garden games and table arrangements. Charlotte checked on the bridal party in the morning, Ben was on hand with drinks and they were only a text away if needed. Jamie and Ben then looked after us all during the reception, as we had our ceremony off site. They constantly checked in to ensure that we were ok and were always on hand if we needed anything. Jamie even assisted when a family member became unwell. We cannot thank the team enough for everything they have done for us.”
