Last week I had a big problem with my cat, I didn't have an appointment, I went in to ask for help and advice, a young, friendly lady immediately invited me in, I got help and medicine for my cat. They never refuse help, I highly recommend this place and thank you for last Friday 😺❤️

I would just like to thank everyone at Abbey vets in Immingham and at Grimsby for all there help in looking after Diesel since we moved here . He passed away on the 20/10/22 At nearly 12 years of age.

We had a vet in Brigg who had prescribed our dogs, medication and kept increasing and changing medication for his skin and nothing was working. So we decided to change to Lucavet. Dr Luca explained the issues, prescribed medicated shampoo, reduced our dogs steroid intake. Within a few weeks we noticed the difference. We have now been with Dr Lucas practice for over a year and we would not change. Last night I had an emergency with our other dog Poppy and again he gave the correct diagnosis and treatment and my dog is much better this morning. We are so lucky to have found Dr Luka, because he explains the treatments and conditions, obviously cares for the dogs, and I would recommend his practice to anyone.

Lucavet were recommended by our neighbours. We were very happy with the treatment and care of Ozzy our ageing cat. He is doing very well. Thank you Lucavet. We will certainly recommend Lucavet to our friends and family.

Great vet, no-nonsense and top notch care. Everyone is really friendly. Probably more pricy than any chains but I prefer Lucavet - my cat is worth it after all!

Just have to thank Dr Luca and his team for their compassion and professionalism. We brought our old and ailing cat (Trevor) to the surgery, knowing in our hearts he was near the end. Dr Luca confirmed that Trevor's heart was failing and he showed the greatest care in the last moments of Trevor's life. What was particularly comforting, was the way Dr Luca took time to listen to us, sharing our upset and grief. Lucavet's thoughtfulness didn't stop there, as a few days later we received a hand-written sympathy card. It was a genuine heart-warming surprise, what a remarkable, caring gesture, beyond all expectation. Thank you so much! Dave and Helen

Wold’s vets is simply incredible. Philip operated on my beautiful dog Daisy’s hind leg after she suffered a spiral fracture. He did an excellent job and she is recovering well! It was the most worrying 3 days that Daisy was away from us but the staff at Wolds rang us and kept us updated on how she’d slept, what she’d eaten and how she was doing each and every day. They genuinely cared & really understood how painful it was for us being away from her. I could never thank Philip & the staff enough for keeping our baby safe & giving her the help she needed

Best vets I've ever been to. Good parking facilities and an impressive waiting area with a quieter section for cats and small animals. Had made an appointment because was worried about my elderly cat. Sadly, she had to be put to sleep but was treated so compassionately by the vet and everything was handled in such a caring way.The receptionists were also so kind .Received a lovely hand written card with a hand written personal message in after about 10 days which I wasn't expecting. So lovely. Would highly recommend this vets to anyone and will be returning with any future pets . Thank you to all at Wolds Vets for making a very heartbreaking time more bearable.

Sadly first visit with out Bentley, very swollen leg, got in very quickly, staff very helpful, when I explained we had a reactive dog, they gave us a little buzzer to come in when the coast was clear. Wish it was as easy to get the tablets down lol.

We have used this practice for over ten years and all has been great. Got an appointment within the hour and saw the vet who was so gentle with my nervous boy who had swallowed a small toy. X-rays told us he needed surgery and all was clearly explained. Picked him up at tea time and had all his care clearly explained. Just hope his recovery goes well now. Lovely staff from reception to nurses to vets. Many thanks.

Only had to use the vets on 3 occasions thankfully but each time they have been lovely. The first time I wasn't even registers with them and they saw my cat as a priority. The 2nd time was a check up and her teeth were very decayed so she had to have most of them out. I was so worried how she'd be on the day and she was absolutely fine and no bother apparently 😁. How they managed to not feed her for a few hours I don't know as she's a greedy little fur baby. I cannot recommended this vets practice and all the staff enough. Definitely 5 stars.

I have been attending this practice for around 10 years or more. The vets and nurses and assistants and reception staff are all incredible. We have met all the vets and all the nurses and all the reception staff as we seem to be there regularly! Recently our 17 year old cat was seriously ill and we ended up having to put him to sleep. We were all devastated. Firstly one of the vets called me to go through things and make me feel better about the decision to euthanise. When we took him in the vet that saw us explained everything. My daughter is autistic and she was distraught but wanted to be there with our cat. The vet made sure that she understood what was going to happen and told us exactly what he was doing and what he was going to do. He even brought in a comfy blanket for him to lay on. After he arranged cremation for us and explained that they would call us when he returned. When we went to collect the ashes I got a lovely hug from one of the receptionists. They even wrote a card and collected a bit of his fur for us and got his paw prints. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and care. They’ve repaired one of my other cats cruciate ligaments in her 2 back legs also. Again they were so helpful and kind and just really thorough. I highly recommend this vet practice. They do as much as they possibly can and truly care about your animals health.

Nice friendly vets! Last time I went in gor my cats annual vacation, i was in and out in 25 mins! Great! Normally they make me wait 20 mins before they even seen me!! But found out why when I got home, that they started a rating system and I got a email to review how good they were. If thats all it takes to make them keep on time then please keep this system for next year :) definitely recommend bringing your pet here! Bit over priced, but who isn't these days?

The care and attention that the practice gives to animals is second to none. Smudge was treated with respect and not just another animal coming in for jabs. I can actually say, he enjoyed his visit and the fuss he received.

I travel quite a way to use this vets as it’s so much better than my local one. The place is clean, spacious and the reception staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The vet we saw obviously liked dogs and he was very good and took his time with her. She’s quite timid but was perfectly ok with him. The phone is answered quickly and it’s easy to get an appointment. Hetty approves and gives them 10 🐾

Visited Eastfield Veterinary Clinic with my 10 week old Cockapoo. The staff could not of been friendlier if they tried. They were so good with my puppy, making a huge fuss of him and making him feel relaxed. The vet who I saw was also very friendly and full of good advice to make sure my puppy stays fit and healthy while maturing. Would definitely recommend them

So glad to be with Eastfield Vets. They went to great lengths to put my nervous JRT at ease. Vet Carly and Nurse Julie (who is also our fantastic behaviourist) were patient, knowledgeable and caring. I was pleased they didn't whisk my dog away behind closed doors but let me be around to comfort him. However, after this experience, I would happily entrust him to their care.

Recently I unfortunately had to say good bye to my very special little man of 16 years. The whole experience was met with total kindness and compassion from walking through the door to saying my last good bye. I was given all the time and space I needed and will never be able to thank the vet and staff enough for making one of the hardest days a little easier.

This surgery plus east lindsay emergency vets saved my little cat Rosie when she suddenly developed sepsis. They were fab the whole time - kept me updated every day, and it clearly mattered a great deal to them that she kept fighting. I'd recommend them very happily and will be keeping my cats with this surgery! Massive thanks to the team for their care and kindness.

Melody has had 2 surgeries at black sheep, both times very difficult , the vet Jess &kate worked so hard to keep Melody alive. All the staff were amazing and so kind and caring. Sadly not all vets practises are as good or as committed as this.

Black sheep team were amazing 🤩 when we took our very poorly lab in an emergency the team explained what they wanted to do ,how much things would cost and just got on with her care ,we took her back same day as her symptoms had changed and they were brilliant took her straight through to get sorted can’t thank them enough our baby is back to herself 🥰

Im happy about their service. We chose this vet centre from friends recommendations. We brought our little kitten for first checking and injections - had friendly visits and got some recommendations. After a couple of months we returned for castration surgery and again got good service. The staff is friendly and helpful. 💯👍 Waiting area and other rooms is clean.

Had my beloved Millie put to sleep today. Cas and all the staff were compassionate and professional. Thank you for helping me through this sad time.

My Rory got spayed on the 12 march, 3 days in and we had a quick check up, all going the right direction :) Rory, happy as larry after her op, probably because of all the drugs she was on 😂😂 ... only messing, abbey vets looked after my girl and shes very wary with people x Edit: After Rorys last check up after spaying, we got the all clear, vet was very happy with how she healed. You barely see the scar now. Thankyou for looking after my girl ❤️ xx
