My appointment at Young Smile Dental Care today went great an X-ray taken, my teeth checked and the X-ray explained and told what is needed went to Reception and was given an appointment by very pleasant staff. Very pleased.

Can't fault this dentist. It feels like a good old family friendly dentist but with lots of modern technology if your that way inclined. All the staff are smart and very professional but also have time to chat and put you at your ease, They even typed up my new medications on my medical records for me. (I have 2 amputated fingers on my right hand) and even though I can write slowly, they said it was absolutely no problem for them, I didn't even have to ask. So definitely a 5 star rating from me.

My appointment was arranged at short notice as I had severe toothache and the team at YSDC responded quickly to my needs. As always Justin was excellent and had a very satisfactory solution for my problem. I always find the staff and dentists at YSDC very courteous, professional and efficient. By choice, I would not choose any other dental practice, I am very happy with the service provided.

Young Smile Dental Care have been my dental provider since they established in Alford. From the beginning they have been more than professional and caring to any concerns my wife and I have had. It is obvious to me that Justin and Julie have spent a lot of time ensuring their staff are well trained not only professionally but also in customer service. This is evident when being contacted or visiting the practice. Basically they are nice. Young Smile Dental care is an asset to the Alford Community.
