I have 3 cats, all with very different personalities and needs. One of them is a terrified little thing, needing a very slow and gentle approach. The vet here (whose name I didn't catch, but the lovely gentlemen who works on Saturdays) respected his requirement for a slow approach, was so gentle and kind, and we had a lovely trip (although I'm sure Kaiki begs to differ).

I am eternally grateful for the staff here! Vet trips are dreaded in my house because none of my cats enjoy leaving the house and they actively work to make the experience as horrible as possible, but the staff are so welcoming and kind that it mostly negates the attitude from the carrier!

I cannot thank Tim enough he saved my boys’ life today. So thorough, helpful and such a nice man who really went the extra mile to get to the bottom of the issue. Emergency surgery to remove part of a Halloween costume that had got lodged in his stomach and kept me updated on his progress as he was decision making. Both him and Charlotte looked after my Hughey after hours whilst he was in recovery and they really are an amazing couple of humans! Everyone at this vets is always amazing but today really showed the quality of care! Thank you

Today my wife phoned at 2.00pm about our old Lhasa Apso, who they have looked after for the last 10 years .Now aged 16.5yrs and loved every day of his life, it was time to leave us, as we knew the time had come.
The vets/ assistants were superb, fitted us in and we left emotionally charged, but in the knowledge we had done the right thing for our beautiful dog and companion.
A huge thumbs up to them. Thank you.

Everyone was very kind to me when I had to have my lovely cat euthanised, unexpectedly, when he had an embolism. They even found a way for me to be with him at the end, observing lockdown restrictions for them and me.
They treated us both with great kindness and compassion at a terribly distressing time.
