Lovely practice. Arrived earlier than appointment time, and was seen earlier than expected. The vet was brilliant with both my kittens. My only gripe is the costs. It would be good to have a full list of prices on their website/page. The fact there isn't should have been a red flag, but this practice is more convenient than others, wished I would have asked about prices before booking. I'm now looking for a cheaper alternative for my pets. Will keep their next vaccination appointment as I've already paid for this in advance due to it being cheaper to do that.
Very knowledgable and professional vets. Looked after me and my dog very well.
Couldn't fault the care provided. Thorough, efficient and caring. Impressively gentle handling of our semi-feral cat which immediately put her at ease. The advice on possible options for treatment covered the whole spectrum with no pressure to take any particular option. The practice as a whole was friendly and efficient.
