Unfortunately, I had to have my dog put to sleep. They were excellent, very kind, caring, and compassionate! Gave as much time as we needed and even came into the room a to take payment first rather than in the communal area, which I thought was another caring touch. Then, a lovely sympathy card came through the post. Thank you for caring and the service you gave on the day. I definitely recommend this vets any day

We took our 8 year old Shi Chi as she wasn't eating , sleeping a lot and just generally not herself . The vet who attended Tilly was extremely attentive to us as worried owners and to our dog . After a scan it was found she had a life threatening infection , which , left any longer would probably have resulted in the heartbreaking unthinkable. She was operated on the very next day , and has been recuperating the last three weeks now . She's back to her feisty lovable old self . We can't thank the vets and staff here enough for their attention and caring demeanour. Thank you all ❤️

The staff was very friendly and very sympathetic in my dogs last and final day . I would highly recommend them for all your animal needs . Fantastic service.
