Fantastic vets at Quinton branch. Telephoned a few days after getting our new puppy, was given information about pet plans and course of action. Appointment booked straight away for his 1st injection, thorough examination given. Extremely satisfied with the level of service from both the receptionist and the Vet.

Blacks Vets were fantastic with my kitten yesterday. He felt relaxed and was treated gently. At the end he was given treats and a new toy. The staff there are friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

I was able to get an emergency appointment to help my poorly Cat 🐈 Very helpful indeed. Great explanation for his illness. Was asked to return the next day to see how he was and get some medication for him, only thing I was charged a Consultation fee on both days for the same illness. I thought once your pet had been seen once that you don't get charged again for another Consultation fee for the same problem this is an ongoing problem not a new issue he'd already been diagnosed the first day so why didn't they just give me medication then but charge me again the next day another Consultation fee just to get Meds. Not happy about that.

One of my dogs very quickly became uncomfortable with an eye infection. Was able to be quickly be seen by a knowledgeable veterinarian who gave treatment which has seen our dog respond and recover quickly. Very professional staff at this practice and glad we chose to have our dogs moved to the Blacks Vets group after some poor service at a previous practice. Been with Blacks for nearly 2yrs and very pleased with the care they have given to our dogs.
