I went in with an infection on my dogs foot, I felt guilt tripped into other, optional procedures way before he even bothered to look at my dogs foot, this included eye drops for dry eyes, dental surgery for his teeth and weight loss food, my dog is very old, and at the age he is, all oldies have these problems. The clinician wasn't friendly either, I've been to White Cross vets before, I just didn't feel this vet was very nice.

I used this vets for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. I have a nervous rescue dog who gets very scared at the vets. He was shaking when we went in but the vet was confident and compassionate when handling him and by the time we left he was much more relaxed. Very pleasant and experienced staff and plenty of space in the waiting area to keep my nervous pup separate from other animals. From first impressions I would highly recommend.

My Shihpoo absolutely loves White Cross Vets Hyde. He sits outside wanting to go in even when it is shut. He loves all the staff who work there and even surgery didn’t deter him. Now my Maine coon kitten attends which pleases my puppy as he gets to go more often. I pay for the pet plans which are very helpful financially. I don’t feel that they are taking advantage of me financially which was a feeling I had at another vets. Overall I can not fault this practice and would highly recommend

First visit and delighted we chose this practice. We were not looking forward to this. Our rescue has, after nearly 3 years, just settled (he was a project) we have always used our excellent Vets at home. However this was serious after their visit. We could not ask for more from the vet, all options discussed and everything explained. Thank you
